Brief History of the Department:

The Department of Sanskrit has been an integral part of Pingle Government College for Women, Waddepally,Warangal since 2019.

Sanskriti is the second language for BA,BCom, BSc and BBA students for all combinations .

From Academic Year 2021-22 onwards third year students will also have Sanskrit as second language.

At present the Head of Department of Sanskrit is Smt. K.Rajeshwari.
