The college is affiliated to Osmania University, Hyderabad. It was accredited first in the year 2005 (Feb) with B+ Grade, Re-Accredited with A grade (3.02 CGPA) by NAAC in the year 2011 and and Re-Accredited with A grade(3.14 CGPA) by NAAC in the year 2017. Our college is revamping its endeavour to improve quality in its activities so as to maintain and retain the highest grade awarded by the NAAC. The college was recognized by the UGC under 2(f) and 12(b) in 1972. The college functions in conformity with the policies of the Government of Telangana and the guidelines issued by the Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Telangana. The higher education department and CCE supervise the administration of the college. These frame the policies and functional modalities of the college meant for implementation at the college level.
