·         Discover ,mentor ,and nurture mathematically inclined students, and provide them supportive

·         To employ effective educational tools for our undergraduate and graduate courses , informed by the scholarship of teaching and learning of college level mathematics

·         To prepare our undergraduate and graduate  students to develop the attitude and ability to apply mathematical methods and ideas in a wide variety of careers

         OBJECTIVES

·       To offer a set of core courses in mathematics aimed at developing the students intellectual curiosity, creative ability and habit of independent study

·       To provide opportunities for the students to participate in collaborative work and develop their leadership and group work skills

·       To provide the opportunity for students to concentrate in mathematics to study related fields

·       Be able to apply problems solving and logical skills have a deeper understanding of mathematical theory.

·       Understanding and be able to use the language ,symbols and notation of mathematics develop mathematical curiosity and use inductive and deductive reasoning when solving problems.
