The Sri Chittem Narsi Reddy Memorial Govenment Degree College has been established with the sole objective of providing quality education to the needy and most backward students of Narayanpet District. Late Sri. C.Narsi Reddy a legendary figure in A.P. Politics, has the vision to fore see the importance of the education, hence started this college with association of unemployed Post Graduates of this area in 1984. Ever since its inception the college has been endeavouring to fulfil the objectives envisaged and to accomplish the goals as set out by the founders.
