In the year 1989, the college introduced Department of Mathematics with different combinations at UG level keeping in view the need for strengthening its Physical Sciences Wing and growing Competition in the IT and Science fields. The department of Mathematics has been providing excellent Learning platform for the science students to shine forth, N.Narasimha is the In-charge of the Department Mathematics for more than two years, B.Sc., Mathametics with Physics, Chemistry combination has great demand at this college and College results are encouraging. Year by year more numbe of students joining this course.

Sri.N.Narasimha is the Asst.Professor of Mathametics looking after this department. He passed his M.Sc., Mathametics from Osmania University and secured 86% marks. He has been promoted to Asst.Professor of Mathametics from Junior Lecturer post during the year 2013. To his credit he has passed through the AP state level Eligibility Test in Mathametics and has been qualified for promotion to the post of Asst. professor of Mathametics in Degree College.
