The department of Botany was established in the Academic year 2017-18 with BSc(BZC) course in E/M, T/M and U/M. In due course of time, the department was developed with other facilities like references books, lab material, Bio visual charts and other related material. The department of Botany is involved in community service in bringing awareness on World environment day and Ozone day. As a co-curricular activity the department has  prepared QR Code for the plants. The department also extended services in planitation programme in HARITHAHARAM.
