      About Department of Economics


      The department of Economics was established in the year 1981. It is the pioneer department in this tribal region. The department has 24 hours work load with one sanctioned lecturer post.


      The Course has sanctioned affiliation by the Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda Vide Letter No. 189/MGU/Affi/2011–12, dated: 31-10- 2011


      The members of the department have voluminous experience to their credit imparting quality education to these tribal students. They keep themselves updated about the changing aspects of Economics at the regional, National and International levels.

      • Worked as TGT, Telangana Social Welfare Residential Junior College Nadigudem, Nalgonda from 04-08-2006 to 24-06-2012.


      • Worked as TGT Telangana Social Welfare Residential School, Nakrekal, from 25-06-2012 to 09-01-2013.


      • Appointed as a Degree Lecturer in 2013, through APPSC, worked as a Degree Lecturer at Yemmiganur, Kurnool district from 10-01-2013 to 22-01-2019.


      • Working as Assistant Professor of Economics at GDC, Devarakonda, Nalgonda district from 23-01-2019 to till date.
