About Administrative Office

Established in 1972, Kakatiya Government College, Hanamkonda, Warangal (U) is fast approaching its accomplishment of 50 years of service in the Higher Education field. Thousands of students obtained their Degrees from the portals of this institution and for whom together with faculty; the College Administrative Office rendered its valuable services for the benefit of the students in respect of processing the scholarships of different kinds provided by the government; issuing various kinds of certificates; facilitating free transport services in collaboration with RTC and S.C. Railway; serving the cause of student admissions and departures and so forth and preparing Salary Bills and other monetary benefits to the college employees, supporting in service matters, retirements, pensions, medical reimbursements, annual grade and special grade increments, Career Advancement Schemes and pay fixations with arrears due to periodical Pay Revision Commission, Joining and Relieving and so forth while employees exist in service and beyond. All these matters are performed under the administration of the College Principal with the Hierarchy of Administration in from Principal to Hon’ble Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Government of Telangana, Hyderabad in vogue all the time including the office of the A.G., District Treasury Office officials along with the District Level offices of S.C.,S.T., B.C., Minority Welfare.
