Research, Innovations and Extension

The institution planning a lot more has to be done in the area of Research and consultancy. However, enough has been done in the area of extension activity. As already stated one professor has Ph.D. degree and two have M.Phil. Degree. All most all contract lecturers have possessing NET or SLET. One contract lecturer have Ph.D.(Osmania University, Hyderabad). Two professors have completed their Minor Research Projects but in other colleges.

The college administration encourages its teachers to submit research proposals, and conduct research for which a research committee has been in place to facilitate the research and extension activities. The committee organizes workshops and sensitization programs to create research spirit among teachers and students.

Our students have shown deep interest in the culture & student study programmes conducted by Telangana government as Yuvatharangam.

The institution is also actively involved in extension activities to help society by its services. The college has one unit of NSS through which college renders social and community services. Besides, organizing blood donation camps, environmental awareness programs and helping in voluntary activities in General Elections, held in 2019. The college has adopted a village namely Gopalapuram for three years and another village is under survey for adoption.
