The department of Physical Education was established in the year 1956-57. The Department consists of adequate facilities of play fields and courts for men & women students having play ground of 17 acres around the college building with trees, where Volleyball, Kho-Kho, Tennikoit, Basketball, Handball, Shuttle Badminton and Track and Field Events will be played. Indoor games like Table Tennis, Caroms, Chess and Well Equipped Gymnasium is also available.

INFRASTRUCTURE AVAILABLE

          The department is located in the Library Building with an area of 160 Sft.

            It has good infrastructure for the outdoor and indoor games and a multi stationed Gymnasium.

          The department of physical education is having huge play ground of 15 acres in which different games and sports are being played.

As it is constructed in the top of the hill it has a pleasant surrounding and advantage for the body acclimatization
