GOPAL RAO PATEL GOVERNMENT DEGREE COLLEGE (GRPGDC), BHAINSA was established on 10th October, 1995. Bhainsa town which is in Mudhole Constituency of Adilabad District it is Surrounded by large number of villages and most of the people in the area are below poverty line. The literacy rate of this area is very low. But a few members of this area occupied high positions, for example Sri. Chandrakanth Kokate was the former vice chancellor of Kakatiya University, Warangal. The famous temple of Goddess Saraswathi is very near to Bhainsa and it is also famous for cotton industry. Gopal Rao Patel Government Degree College Bhainsa is only Government Degree College in Mudhole Constituency of Adilabad District, (T.S.) The College is affiliated to Kakatiya University, Warangal. It started functioning from Academic year 1995 - 1996. At the inception, only 66 students joined and at present total strength of the college is 567. It offers Under Graduate Courses viz., B.A., B.Com., B.Sc.(BZC)., B.Sc.(MPC). It follows the Curriculum framed by University.
