PEDDACHINTAKUNTA VILLAGE, NARSAPUR, DIST. MEDAK
This College was established in 2008 by and was accommodated in the Government Junior college Narsapur building by providing two class rooms. In November 2017 it was shifted to own premises located at Pedda Chintakunta village, Narsapur.
Significant Achievement/ Success Stories
I. Achievements of the College:
Land Acquisition: At first, 4.2 acres of land allocated. In 2018 additional of 3.15 acres allotted by the concerned authorities.
Toilet Block Construction: In existing plan, toilets were adjacent to the classrooms. Hence we requested for separate toilet block to Hon’ble Minister, Shri Harish Rao. and the toilet block worth Rs. 15 lakhs was constructed in 2017.
Sanction of Transformer: As the power supply is frequently interrupted, we approached D E and acquired a separate transformer.
Procurement of Furniture:
o 200 dual desks worth Rs. 7,10,000/- were sanctioned by the District Collector, Medak, on our request
Health Camp: organized in 13 August 2019 at Pedda Chinta Kunta Village in coordination with District Medical Team. Around 600 villagers, along with staff and students of the college underwent medical check-up and received medicines.
Blood Donation Camp: was organized on 16 August 2019 with Medak District Blood Bank team. Villagers, students, and staff members donated 80 units of blood.
ISO 9001: 2015 Certification: received On 4-02-2020 vide No. Q91864141494.
