NSS
In the supervision and guidance of Palamuru University we started NSS unit with 100 students in the AY 2018-19 August . Our volunteers actively participating in programs including Harithaharam ,swatch bharath , swatch college programmes conducted. In the same AY 2018-19 with the help of village surpanch , 5 members village youth , school teachers held 7 days camp in Panjugula village ,kalwakurthy mandal , Nagarkurnool Dist. In this camp-
1st day activity – clean and green of surroundings of gram panchyathi ,
2nd day activity – House hold survey ,
3rd day activity –Our volunteers participated in awareness programme on Swatch Bharath to the Panjugula village people with the help of Swatch Bharath Co-ordinator – Nagarkurnool (District): Sharath ,
4 th day activity- awareness program on use of digital money and bank services ,
5th day activity - awareness program on seasonal diseases by Dr.Shiva Ram of Government Hospital Kalwakurthy,
6th day activity- awareness program on fire accident by head constable : Gopinath ,
7th day activity - conducted Harithaharam .
In conclusion of the programme meeting is held with village elders, local poet Mutyala Krishnaiah , school head master Surender reddy delivered speech and praised our NSS volunteers. NSS volunteers planted some new plants in the college premises and cared to grow properly.
