Alumni association is crucial for the success of the institution.Maintaining good relations with alumni over time is needed as they serve many valuable roles, such as helping to build and grow the institution's brand  through world of mouth marketing.

Keeping in mind the long felt need for the formation of the Alumni committee our committee  tried to provide vision and guidance by conducting following meetings to help coordinate all round activities of the alumni association.

Alumni meet is an experience for both the institute and its alumni. Institutions want to re-connect to their  alumni for numerous reasons and occasions.

Meeting 1                        Date: 24/02/21

 

This meeting was conducted under the chairmanship of our principal Dr.N.Alivelu mangamma garu in presence of convenor and members.  

In this meeting it has been decided to prepare and circulate a google form to collect data of all available old students.

The google form created should collect the present status and address along with the mobile number of the old student.

The collected contacts should be added into a whatsapp group and a meeting has to be conducted to all old students and emphasise about the importance of Alumni relations and core committee formation

Meeting 2                        Date: 27/03/21

 

A virtual meeting has been conducted under the chairmanship of Principal madam and committee members to discuss about core committee formation.

Data of 138 students has been collected as decided in the previous meeting.

In this meeting 20 students participated and it has been decided to encourage the students to know each other and form an Alumni association and elect a core committee.

Meeting 3                        Date: 01/04/21

 

A virtual meeting has been conducted under the chairmanship of Vice principal Dr. B. Bhavani garu and committee members with students in which the role of core committee was explained and students were asked to form and register the Alumni association.

10 students have participated in this  meeting.

An alumni K.Sandeep has attended CPDC meeting held on 23/08/21 and shared his views on college development

The students have planned the registration of the Alumni association but due to the prevailing Covid  pandemic it is getting delayed. The students are expected to complete the registration process by this month end.

The Alumni association has been registered on 29/04/2022 with registration number 278 of 2022.
