- Identification of the students who do not perform as expected and remedial measures to be taken to improve them by extra classes, periodical examinations, distribution of material etc.,
- Implementation and adherence to the annual academic plan that is prepared, make the teaching and guidance of the students effective.
FUTURE PLANS
The department’s aim is to avoid stagnation of students intellectual capacities, it means the department hopes to take forward each student from the position they were in when they entered the college.
We aim to provide upward mobility to each student so that they improves his/her :
- Confidence levels
- Good reading and Writing
- To express views on any topic like elocution and Essay Writing
- Impart Moral Values to Students
COMMUNITY SERVICE
The department involved itself in the social service activities such as,Worked as
Co-ordinator Dr. BRAOU UNIVESITY , Clean & Green Programme, student Counselling
STUDENT SUPPORT PROGRAMMES
Personal care is taken for the student for their welfare and development. Each class is entrusted to an individual teacher-councilor who acts as a faster-father for their physical, cultural and financial needs. Student’s Profiles are maintained. Their individual problems are identified. All possible help is arranged for the meritorious and successful students, incentives are given in the form of prizes and certificates.
HEALTHY PRACTIES
Good and innovative practices for bringing out finer talents and skills and cultural programmes are encouraged. The department clarify doubts of the students.
TEACHING PRACTICES
Annual academic plans are prepared as per the syllabus. They are prepared in such a way that the syllabus is completed one month before the examinations and revision classes are .taken up in each subject.
Teaching dairy is prepared according to class room teaching for detailed preparation for teaching. Teaching notes is prepared with synopsis.
