Annual Curricular Plans
Curricular Action plans:
- A Boardof studies is constituted every year at the beginning of the academic year, under the chairmanship of the Head of the department.
- Eminent teachers from the Affiliating University and other Prominent Universities, along with the faculty members of the department are included in the BOS committee.
- The Syllabus for each semester for all courses is designed keeping the needs of the students in perspective.
- The Course Plan along with the course outcomes and Learning outcomes are designed in the BOS committee meeting.
- The Examination pattern of the Semester Exams, Internal assessment exams, Assignments and Student seminars are designed with the course outcomes in view.

Academic Curriculum
- Every year at the beginning, a departmental meeting is held and an Annual curricular Plan is drawn keeping in view the prescribed syllabus, No. of working days available, curricular activities and the requirements of the students. The Principal’s approval is taken and the curriculum is adhered to the extent possible.
- An Action Plan to include the Co-Curricular activities and Extra- curricular activities, alongside the regular curricular activities is made .
- A Time table is framed and the Workload is distributed among the staff as per the timetable.
- The Syllabus and the academic schedule as per the Institutional Plan of the college for U.G courses and the Almanac as furnished by the affiliating University for the P.G courses is followed.
- Departmental meetings are convened regularly to discuss various aspects pertaining to academic as well as administrative matters.
- The staff maintain a record of Teaching diaries, Teaching Notes plan individually
- Additional Inputs which correlate to the syllabus are provided to the students from time to time.
