Exam Branch Structure

Teaching and Assessment are the two major processes of any Academic Institution. Examination Branch plays a key role in the process of assessing the students with a high level of confidentiality and transparency. The Examination Branch is a well established and maintained branch at Government degree college, Huzurnagar with a team of committed and dedicated staff member. The Examination Branch in Government degree college, Huzurnagar is headed by the Controller of Examinations with with sufficient administrative and supporting staff.

The Prime responsibilities of Examination Branch is to notify the examinations schedule, processing of examination applications, issuance of Hall Tickets, conduct of all examinations (Both Regular Mode and Distance Mode) in fair and systematic manner, issuance of Marks Memo . Examination Branch maintaining staff and student records / data online and Branch maintains all records pertaining to examinations.

In Examination Branch an active and very responsive Grievance Cell is functioning, whose responsibility is to address all the grievances from the various stake holders of the College, and also, to answer all the RTI quarries, as desired.
